Handling instructions
Do not refreeze after thawing. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Remove from outer packaging.
Food Safety Tips
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30-40 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Alternatively defrost the full tray in a refrigerator and cook individual portions as required. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 60 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
